"Very professional from first contact. Had first initial visit to give me an idea of how an ASHP would work in our house and the sort of savings we could expect. This was not overly pushy which was a change. Then we had the second technical review which again was very professional and allowed me to ask as many questions which I could think of. Following the go ahead from the EPC and tech survey the installation took 5 days in all for a whole system install- slightly longer given the state of our floors. What was nice was that they were able to push the date forward as our current system had failed. Very accommodating. The two chaps who did the bulk of the install, Liam and Jamie, were excellent. Very hard working, professional and very easy to talk to if I had any questions or concerns. Also a few days after install the pressure gauge stopped working correctly and on contacting Liam over the weekend he put my mind at ease and both were here first thing Monday to fix the faulty part.
